2010/07/26(月)脳みそ プリン といえばこの人
「混ぜて蒸すだけ」なんて言ってたら裏ごしするのを忘れた。白身を多めにしたので、普段以上に省略しちゃいけない手順のような気がした。
で、作ってみた結果: 失敗。
固めに仕上げたものの、型からきれいに抜けなかった。
そして、白身多めのプリンはおいしくない。
表面がカピカピっぽく見えるのは、カラメルを底ではなく表面に配したのでそう見えてるだけです。
そんな事より引っ越しの荷造りの方が大事だ。
